The Founding 29
The first 29 new property management clients accepted by Ambience Realty can claim up to $400 towards a landlord insurance policy — with any licensed insurer you choose. A minimum 12-month management agreement applies, and we reimburse the policy cost (up to $400) once you’ve completed 12 months with us. You choose. We don’t take a commission on your insurance choice.

Offer available to the first 29 new full-management clients only, one property per client. Available to Central Coast properties only. Minimum 12-month management agreement required. Reimbursement is paid after the first 12 months of management, on proof of premium paid. If the management agreement ends before then, no reimbursement is payable. Subject to eligibility and offer terms available on request.
