The first 29 new property management clients accepted by Ambience Realty will receive their first year’s landlord insurance reimbursed up to $400 (incl. GST) — with any licensed insurer you choose. We pay. You choose. We don’t take a commission on your insurance choice.

Offer available to the first 29 new full-management clients only, one property per client. Available to Central Coast properties only. Minimum 12-month management agreement required. Reimbursement is repayable in full if the management agreement is terminated within the initial 12-month term. Subject to eligibility and offer terms available on request.
*This offer covers reimbursement of your insurance premium only. If you’d like Ambience Realty to lodge or manage an insurance claim on your behalf, additional fees apply — this is a separate service to the reimbursement offer above.
